I’ve always loved tea, and recently I’ve been trying to learn more about it (Tea Enthusiast’s Handbook has been fun.) It’s always fascinating to find out how other cultures treat your interests (for instance, I was gobsmacked to find out that some people sweeten their tea with jam!)

Bummer that I missed the deadline to enter your contest. But I might go ahead and order a copy myself from Amazon.
