This minty and citrusy green tea drink will be sure to please your taste buds and/or guests. It's a great option for a non alcoholic beverage. However, you can easily turn this mocktail into a cocktail by adding a shot of rum!
In your serving glass, muddle the mint leaves and lime slices.
In a separate bowl or cup, sift and whisk your matcha in hot water. Then mix in maple syrup or mint simple syrup* until it dissolves.
Add ice to the serving glass and combine the matcha mixture with the mint and lime slices, along with the lime juice. Stir, garnish and enjoy!
