Made with homemade London Fog concentrate, frozen banana and yogurt, this smoothie transforms the classic tea latte into a creamy, chilled blend. The London Fog Smoothie is an easy way to enjoy the cozy flavours of Earl Grey. Just add everything to a blender and it’s ready in under 5 minutes.
Add the London Fog concentrate, yogurt, frozen banana and hemp hearts (if using) in a blender.
Blend on high for about 30–60 seconds or until creamy and fully combined. You can add more concentrate if your blender needs help, or if you prefer thinner smoothies.
Pour into a glass, top with a sprinkle of culinary grade lavender buds and/or hemp hearts. Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks:
Add liquid to the blender first to properly emulsify.
Use a ripe, frozen banana for the ideal texture.
Chill your concentrate before blending to avoid melting your smoothie.
Start with less liquid because you can always add more to adjust the thickness.
Add a handful of icecubes if you want a colder and much thicker smoothie.
