Light and sweet Jasmine Milk Tea is made with a delicate jasmine infused green tea, sugar and milk. This classic milk tea has a soft floral flavour that is balanced by the creaminess. It's uplifting, low in caffeine and perfect for the Spring time!
Steep jasmine green tea in under boiling water (80°C/176°F) for 3 minutes.
Strain the loose leaf tea or remove the tea bags. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Let cool then place in the refrigerator to chill for 1-2 hours.
In a glass with ice, pour the chilled and sweetened jasmine green tea. Top glass with milk. Stir to combine before enjoying!
FOR HOT JASMINE MILK TEA
In a mug, steep jasmine green tea for 3 minutes. Strain/remove tea leaves or bags. Stir sugar until dissolved and top the mug with milk.
FOR JASMINE BUBBLE TEA
Prepare tapioca pearls according to the directions on the package. Use 1/4 cup for 1 serving. Add the pearls to the glass then ice, chilled and sweetened jasmine green tea and milk. This drink should be consumed with a wide straw so you can get the pearls in every sip!
