This 3 ingredient tea mimosa is bright, sparkling and smooth tasting with a bit of zest and floral notes. The flavours are well-balanced and not too sweet. Let this be the star of your next brunch!
1/4cupchilled Champagne or Sparkling Winesee notes for non-alcoholic options
6tablespoonsorange juice
Orange slicesfor garnish
Instructions
TO MAKE JASMINE GREEN TEA CONCENTRATE
Steep Jasmine Green Tea in hot water for 3 minutes, covered. Alternatively, you can steep the jasmine green tea in cold water the night before (about 6-8 hours).
Remove tea leaves or tea bags. Let the hot tea cool then chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
TO ASSEMBLE 1 MIMOSA:
In a champagne flute, combine 1/4 cup chilled champagne or sparkling wine or non-alcoholic option and 6 tablespoons orange juice.
Top with 1/4 cup jasmine green tea concentrate. Adjust amount of alcohol or tea to your liking.
Garnish the rim of the glass with a small orange slice. Repeat these 3 steps to make the other mimosa.

Notes
For an alcohol-free version, use non-alcoholic sparkling wine, sparkling water or ginger ale.
