Instructions
TO MAKE JASMINE GREEN TEA CONCENTRATE
1. Steep Jasmine Green Tea in hot water for 3 minutes, covered. Alternatively, you can steep the jasmine green tea in cold water the night before (about 6-8 hours).
2. Remove tea leaves or tea bags. Let the hot tea cool then chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
TO ASSEMBLE
The jasmine green tea concentrate recipe is enough for 2 mimosas. To ensure the ingredients are equally distributed, here’s how to prepare 1 mimosa.
1. In a champagne flute, combine 1/4 cup chilled champagne or sparkling wine or non-alcoholic option and 6 tablespoons orange juice.
2. Top with 1/4 cup jasmine green tea concentrate. Adjust amount of alcohol or tea to your liking.
3. Garnish the rim of the glass with a small orange slice. Repeat these 3 steps to make the other mimosa.
4. Serve and cheers!
Notes
For an alcohol-free version, use non-alcoholic sparkling wine, sparkling water or ginger ale.
