A classic London Fog latte gets a cool and elegant upgrade in this Iced London Fog with Lavender Cold Foam. It is made with homemade London Fog concentrate, your choice of milk and topped with a light, velvety foam that is sweetened with lavender simple syrup. Enjoy a cafe-quality iced drink at home in just a few minutes!
Fill a glass with ice. Add London Fog concentrate and milk, making sure to leave room at the top of the glass for the cold foam topping.
To Make Lavender Cold Foam:
In a separate cup, combine cold heavy cream, milk and lavender simple syrup. Using a handheld frother, whisk until it is thick and airy.
Pour the lavender cold foam over the Iced London Fog. Garnish with culinary lavender buds, if desired. Serve or enjoy immediately!

3 Tips for the Best Cold Foam
Use cold heavy cream and cold milk. Straight from the fridge is best ascold foam will not hold its shape well if it is room temperature.
Do not over-froth. Cold foam should be thick but still pourable. If you over froth it you will get stiff peaks and it will be more like whipped cream. Still tasty, but not cold foam.
Chill your glass. Place the empty glass in the freezer for a few minutes prior to adding the cold foam ingredients and frothing. This will help you get a longer-lasting cold foam topping.
