Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte

A homemade pumpkin spice chai latte made with real pumpkin and a strong, spicy black tea instead of coffee. Feel free to make it hot or iced as this quick recipe includes instructions for both!

To Make Hot Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte:

  • 1. In a small saucepan, heat chai concentrate*. Add to a mug with pumpkin spice syrup** and stir to combine.
  • 2. Heat milk and froth to create foam if you are not using whipped cream for topping. Top the mug with the frothed milk. If using whipped cream, heat milk until warm. Add to mug leaving a bit of room at the top then add whipped cream.
  • 3. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice and enjoy!

To Make Iced Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte:

  • 1. In a glass filled with ice, add pumpkin spice syrup, chai concentrate and milk. Stir to combine.
  • 2. Top the glass with whipped cream and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!

Notes

*Find my chai concentrate recipe here. Since this recipe uses a pumpkin spice sweetener, you might want to use an unsweetened chai concentrate.
**Get the recipe for the homemade pumpkin spice syrup here. You can adjust the amount of syrup to taste.
