Iced Mint Matcha Latte

This iced mint matcha latte is cooling, earthy, creamy and energizing. Instead of whisking the green tea powder, this recipe starts with the steps to make cold brew matcha before pouring over ice, fresh mint simple syrup and milk. Add it into your morning routine or as an afternoon pick me up!

  • In a resealable bottle or jar, sift matcha using a fine mesh filter. Sifting prior to making cold brew matcha will help remove clumps. Add cold water, seal the bottle or jar and shake vigorously until frothy and smooth.
  • In a glass, add mint simple syrup*, ice and milk. Top the glass with matcha, leaving some room for the whipped cream.
  • Add whipped cream and garnish with a fresh mint sprig. Sprinkle the top of the whipped cream with matcha or even chocolate shavings. Enjoy!
