Simple Matcha Smoothie

The tastiest green smoothie, ever! It's a simple way to pack fruits, vegetables and matcha into your day for all those vitamins and antioxidants. All it requires is 5 ingredients and 5 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 handfuls spinach
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tablespoon matcha green tea
  • 1 tablespoon matcha green tea
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger peeled and minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger peeled and minced
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined. You’ll know it is complete when you see the beautiful green colour! You can add more water if your blender needs help, or if you prefer your smoothies thinner.
  • Pour in a glass and enjoy.
