Chamomile Iced Tea
Chamomile is a popular caffeine-free tea that can be prepared as an iced tea. It has a delicate floral aroma and taste with a mild apple-like sweetness. This easy Chamomile iced tea recipe will be your go-to when you want something refreshing and relaxing!

2 teaspoons chamomile loose leaf tea or 2 tea bags ¾ cup freshly boiled water 1 teaspoon honey or sugar optional lemon slice, for garnish optional ice cubes Steep chamomile tea in freshly boiled water for 5-7 minutes.
Strain the loose chamomile tea or remove the tea bags after steeping. If using, add honey or sugar to the steeped tea and stir until dissolved.
Let the chamomile tea cool then cover and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour.
To serve, fill a glass with ice and pour the chamomile tea. Garnish with a lemon slice, if desired. Enjoy!
