Earl Grey Tea
Earl grey is a black tea that is known for its distinctive flavour. It is traditionally made with black tea flavoured with bergamot citrus oil.
The flavour is bold and fragrant with floral and citrus notes. It can be enjoyed on its own, hot or iced, or with milk, sweetener and lemon.
Earl grey is also a popular tea to use in tea infused recipes like cookies, cakes, panna cotta and scones.
