Thanks for the great article with useful recommendations! I will try some of these teas to improve my night’s sleep. I would also like to share my discovery – Bi Luo Chun tea. Although it is not traditionally classified as a sleep tea, this green tea has an extremely mild and soothing effect, especially if brewed with slightly cooled water (about 70-80°C).
Its delicate flavor and light aroma of fruits and flowers create a special atmosphere of relaxation before bedtime. It may be worth trying Bi Luo Chun as an alternative for those who are looking for a gentle way to relax in the evening without too much sedation.
