I made a batch tonight and they where delicious. The vanilla cake smell as they were baking made me drool. They taste even better than they smell.

In reply to Lu Ann Pannunzio. Great and I also turned 30 this year! I turned 30 in September and did a weeks worth of celebrations, partly due to being on a Birthday road trip! Not sure if I will make these scones but thanks for the tips.
