Hi Ayesha,

When it comes to flavoured chocolate, you can still try to find teas that complement or contrast. For instance, for the Raspberry Milk Chocolate Bâton, you can pair it with a tea that is blended with raspberries. But also, something like that may be nice to try with a Darjeeling black tea.

To match the spice in the Dark Chocolate Bâton, a chai blend (black or herbal) could work well. To complement the fruity notes, a berry infused blend or hibiscus.

Lastly, for the Lemon Mocha Bâton, a light and floral green tea like jasmine will pair nicely with bright lemon notes. For a toasty pairing to go with the espresso bean notes, genmaicha would be good to try. If you’re looking for a black tea, Earl Grey would be my first pick as bergamot and lemon naturally complement one another.

Hopefully these ideas help, I’m happy to run through more if needed and curious what you and your friends come up with in the end :)

How would you pair a chocolate that is flavored. There are three my friends and I have been trying to find pairings for. These are Raspberry Milk Chocolate Bâtons made with Swiss milk chocolate with notes of caramel and vanilla, infused with organic raspberry.

Another one is a Dark Chocolate Bâton made with Swiss 60% dark chocolate. With notes of blueberry, dried plum, coffee, and black tea infused with Swiss Alpine salt and brown spices (cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and cayenne)

The last one is a Lemon Mocha Bâton with 34% milk chocolate with notes of cream, pear, caramel, and vanilla. The chocolate is also infused with lemon and adding fresh ground Gotham Espresso beans

Any ideas?
