Chiming in here … The Tea Book is really comprehensive. It walks you through different countries and their tea growing/preparation/cultural significance but also gives you the basics on all different types of teas, tea recipes, tasting notes, and so much more.

Ah, that’s a tough question because I love them all for various reasons. However, for beginners I would recommend The TEA Book more. If you really want more in-depth information, TEA is an awesome book I refer to often. The Art and Craft of Tea is excellent for those who may also be beginners but also interested in exploring more behind the scenes looks. I hope that helps 🙂
