The Alexis Show’s Green Mint Tea Gazpacho Review

My taste buds recently had the wonderful experience of trying a Green Mint Tea Gazpacho. This was my first time having a gazpacho, let alone making it. I was surprised to find it was quite easy especially since the main tool used was my food processor.

Gazpacho is essentially a soup that consists of raw ingredients and is usually served cold. Perfect option for summer when you’re craving a soup but it’s just too warm out. This Green Mint Tea Gazpacho was created by Alexis Siemons of Teaspoons and Petals. She teaches you how to make it on her new web series, The Alexis Show, that is featured only on The Daily Tea. In this particular recipe, you’ll be using a tea concentrate and a tea steeped grapeseed oil. The photo below is my final product! I think my favourite part of the recipe were the green grapes. Especially used as a garnish, they added a fantastic burst of flavour.
If you’re ready for a simple, refreshing and tealicious summer soup watch the video below for the how to.
