Steeped Tea Inc.’s Original Collection {+ giveaway!}

Christa Jones, an Independent Steeped Tea Consultant, was kind enough to send me one of Steeped Tea Inc.’s Original Collection. You may see what that collect consists of on the image below.

Steeped Tea Inc. is located in Hamilton, Ontario and is a direct selling company. I remember I first heard about Steeped Tea just from a Google search I did back in my second year of college in Hamilton, Ontario. However, I have not tried any of their teas until this year! I’m happy a great local company in the tea business is doing so well in North America and I can not wait to see what’s in store for them next.

This collection was filled with deliciousness! It was hard, but I managed to list all the teas in order from my very favourite to my least favourite. Although, that doesn’t mean it wasn’t good – I enjoyed all the teas, but this is how I’m ranking them.

1. Dark Chocolate Chai – Uh, yes – you read that right. Not only chai, but DARK chocolate. How could you ever go wrong with a combination like that? Mmmm.

2. Pina Colada – Pineapple…coconut…rooibos could only mean one thing! I need to make this into an alcoholic beverage, fast!

3. Egyptian Chamomile – I’m a sucker for chamomile, that’s no joke. Anything that consists of chamomile I’m in love with and this especially! It’s easily becoming one of my favourite bedtime drinks.

4. Earl Grey de la Creme – I’ve heard a lot about this particular tea from Steeped Tea Inc. as it’s always spoken so highly about. I’ve never been a huge earl grey fan but recently I have been finding a hidden love for it. Creamy and delicious, this tea is setting the bar high for other earl greys!

5. Creme Carmello – This was the first one from the collection that I tried. I did like it, however I was expecting more flavour from it. I think it would be very great as a sweet tooth craving latte so that’s just what I’m saving this tea for.

6. Coconut Calypso – Last year I could not stand coconut anything. This year I’m finding myself eating and drinking coconut everything. This white tea is light and finishes off smooth. The coconut adds a fun and sweet taste to it.
