I realize June is National Iced Tea Month, but how about we switch it up today and give you a neat, and “cool” [pun intended] smoothie recipe to cool you down this summer and receive some healthy fruit intake; bonus!
*You can use various fruits, these are only suggestions!
Also, feel free to use fresh fruit if you have some.

INGREDIENTS
1 banana cut up
1 peach cut up
1 cup frozen seedless grapes
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup hot chai green tea

DIRECTIONS
1. Brew Chai Green tea in boiling water, steep for 3-5 minutes.
2. Place the various fruits in the blender, remove tea bags/leave from the hot tea and pour it in.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Enjoy!

You may find that the chai tea gives a great spice taste to the fruit smoothie.
