Ingredients: Oolong Tea

Steep Time: 3 minutes

First Sip Thought: “Re-steeping this for sure!”

Smell: A medium liquor that has a very delicate scent yet intoxicating roasted like aroma.

Taste: I think the name “outrageous” suits this oolong tea quite well as I found it to be quite outrageously bold. I wish there was more information about it that came with my sample as I felt I was left with so many questions from my curiosity through each sip. They say fine oolongs are meant to be infused several times and release different flavours so I instantly wanted to re-steep this tea for other notes to come following through (hence the first sip thought). However, I didn’t really find that with this oolong as I kept getting the usual woody and thick taste followed along with the light roasted aroma. No complaints though, as that was just the flavour I enjoyed!

Verdict: 3.5 out of 5 tea leaves
